Peri­od­i­cal­ly on Tues­day, as part of Kin­dra’s Dai­ly Dat­ing & Relat­ing Zoom Series, we will be offer­ing ses­sions that use Non­vi­o­lent Com­mu­ni­ca­tion (NVC) tools and tech­niques for improv­ing your relationships.

On Jan­u­ary 5, learn Con­nec­tive Com­mu­ni­ca­tion Basics with Amy Whick­er, a teacher of com­mu­ni­ca­tion prac­tices and a facil­i­ta­tor for our reg­u­lar GROK game on zoom. She’ll teach us about NVC and tools to help us resolve con­flicts, lis­ten pow­er­ful­ly, increase under­stand­ing, and con­nect with oth­ers. We’ll explore how to shift out of judge­ment, blame and crit­i­cism (which result in dis­con­nec­tion) and into aware­ness, com­pas­sion and under­stand­ing (which result in con­nec­tion). Once in con­nec­tion, we are able to fos­ter mean­ing­ful relationships.
