King Arthur had a round­table, around which he and his knights would con­gre­gate: it had no head, which implied that every­one who sat there had equal sta­tus. A round­table breaks down hier­ar­chies and con­nects us above our dif­fer­ences. In the round­table, we all are equal and equal­ly important.

It allows for a myr­i­ad of opin­ions, which add to each oth­er, cre­at­ing a har­mo­nious flow and an emer­gence of col­lec­tive intelligence.

Since the round­table is always a great suc­cess at our Open Din­er events, this time we decid­ed to make it the whole event! This means there will be more time to dis­cuss, con­nect, enjoy, and real­ly feel the ben­e­fits of this won­der­ful format.

Learn to lis­ten atten­tive­ly with­out judg­ment. Feel sup­port­ed and uplift­ed. Watch syn­er­gy emerge from bring­ing minds and hearts togeth­er above any separation.

As usu­al, at the Open Din­er, we will be eat­ing and drink­ing togeth­er. And we’ll have lots of fun while dis­cussing var­i­ous inter­est­ing top­ics. We will also have amaz­ing live music to accom­pa­ny us on this journey.
