Where: Osbornedale State Park in Der­by in ‘The Grove’ across from the upper pavil­ion park­ing lot. If it rains we will use the pavilion.

POTLUCK PICNIC
Please bring a cov­ered dish or fin­ger food to share for the pic­nic (real food please!) , drinks and ice (no alcohol) .

PLEASE BRING
Blan­kets to sit and dine on, your drum and musi­cal instru­ments, fold­ing chairs, sun­screen and bug spray. You may wish to bring a stur­dy pair of shoes if you wish to explore the hik­ing trails — spray for ticks before­hand. The low­er facil­i­ties of the park are in work­ing order.

From Route 8 south:
Take Exit 17. Take a left at the end of the exit ramp. Take anoth­er left at the light­ed inter­sec­tion (Divi­sion Street) . Dri­ve approx­i­mate­ly ¾ miles. Osbornedale State Park will be on the right across from Der­by High School. Bear right and fol­low to upper pavil­ion park­ing lot.

From Route 8 north:
Take Exit 18. Take a left at the end of the exit ramp. Dri­ve approx­i­mate­ly ½ mile. Osbornedale State Park will be on the right across from the Der­by High School. Bear right and fol­low to upper pavil­ion park­ing lot.
