What you’ll need:

Your pres­ence with your body & mind
A safe and prefer­ably undis­turbed space
Com­fort­able cloth­ing (for some min­i­mal, gen­tle mind­ful stretch­ing movements)
A chair, couch, or mat which allows you to sit comfortably
