Ani­mal sanc­tu­ar­ies and res­cues strug­gle at the best of times but with the cur­rent pan­dem­ic the sit­u­a­tion has become dire for so many, with some even hav­ing to close their doors. 

We goths are a com­pas­sion­ate bunch so let’s do some­thing about it! 

Over the last week­end of Sep­tem­ber we are going to bring the fes­ti­val atmos­phere that we are all miss­ing, into our own front rooms.

We have the best inter­na­tion­al Goth and Alter­na­tive DJs livestream­ing as well as some of the best estab­lished bands and new tal­ent per­form­ing for our pleasure.

Each per­former will choose a favourite ani­mal sanc­tu­ary or res­cue and a link will be giv­en dur­ing the per­for­mance for you to donate. These links, as well as those of oth­er sanc­tu­ar­ies, will also be on the event page.

Don’t wor­ry if you are not in a posi­tion to donate, times are hard for so many right now so please just enjoy the event and share it wide­ly if you can.

The most impor­tant details of the event will be on the main event page — updat­ed reg­u­lar­ly as needed.
Addi­tion­al infor­ma­tion and links will be on the dis­cus­sions tab, both in the lead-up to the event and dur­ing it.

I real­ly hope we can enjoy this as a com­mu­ni­ty and do some­thing worth­while in the process.
