Dracula’s Ball is in our biggest space yet for our special 75th event! We’re pleased to welcome back two of our most popular acts, The Birthday Massacre and Stabbing Westward.
The Birthday Massacre are on tour to support their forthcoming album, “Diamonds.” As amazing as their albums are, their live shows are even better. They always rock the Ball, so don’t miss this chance to see them on a big stage!
What can we say about Stabbing Westward? They’ve sold millions of records, were all over the radio, and helped pioneer a blend of industrial and rock music that inspired and influenced numerous other acts. They just released a brand new EP and this show will serve as the release party for their 2nd EP, due in April, so you’ll be the first to see some of those tracks performed live.
Both bands are offering VIP packages that include a pre-show meet and greet and cool swag. Stabbing Westward’s package also includes a 3‑song acoustic performance that fans must not miss. The Birthday Massacre VIP package is available through Ticketmaster: www.ticketmaster.com/event/02005829D3D1AF5D The Stabbing Westward package is available directly from us: www.draculasball.com/swvip2020.html
DJs Ian Ford and Mike Saga will be spinning. We have a second room open (you didn’t know they had a second room, did you?) so there will always be two spaces to party in.
This event also serves as the official release party for “Even Goblins Get The Blues,” an exciting new fantasy book by Dracula’s Ball host Patrick Rodgers. Read a 3‑chapter sample at www.dancingferretpress.com and pre-order the book or buy one at the event.
Our venue for this event is Franklin Music Hall, formerly known as The Electric Factory. This event is all ages; those wishing to drink must be 21+ with proper photo ID.
Please note that doors open an hour earlier than usual for this event: the party starts at 8pm! Band schedules will be posted here closer to the show date.
We have a new policy concerning the resale of tickets; see below.
Tickets are *on sale now* for no service charge at the Franklin Hall box office (421 N. 7th St., M‑Sat, 12pm-6pm), Ticketmaster outlets and at Digital Underground (732 S. 4th St., 12pm-8pm daily). Tickets can be purchased online through Ticketmaster.com and isotank.com with some service charges.

Due to the increasing presence of primarily Nigeria-based ticket scammers on Facebook event pages, we no longer allow posts offering to re-sell tickets without first getting approval from the Dracula’s Ball page administrator. Posts offering to re-sell tickets will be deleted without notice. Message Dracula’s Ball first before posting. The presence of a ticket re-sale post does not imply approval or endorsement of that post; as always, buyer beware. We recommend only buying via the authorized outlets listed above.
Bring your personal photo camera if you wish (no video cameras allowed, and no huge pro cameras allowed without advance permission.)
Wear whatever you like — costumes are welcome, club clothes are fine, formal attire is lovely, a Tshirt and jeans are okay. Visit the Dracula’s Ball FB page for photos of previous events.
Dracula’s Ball is a Dancing Ferret Concerts event.
We look forward to seeing you all on May 1st!
