•Prac­tice embod­i­ment skills so you can get out of your head and into your body, where plea­sure lives

•Explore your wants, needs, desires, bound­aries and what turns you on

•Learn how to plea­sure your­self and use tools, tech­niques, and sens­es and sen­sa­tions to expand your pleasure

•Dis­cov­er how to nav­i­gate the four biggest killers of desire: shame, pres­sure, trau­ma and stress

•Under­stand what it means to cre­ate safe­ty in the body so you can sur­ren­der into pleasure

Cul­ti­vat­ing Your Plea­sure is full of sup­port­ed explo­ration, sci­ence based tools and tech­niques, and take-home exer­cis­es that will sup­port you in increas­ing your capac­i­ty for pleasure.
