Come join our mag­nif­i­cent work­shop to get in touch with your cre­ativ­i­ty and love: “Intu­itive Art for Greater Self Love”. No art skills nec­es­sary. Held at 6 pm PST on zoom, we’ll use intro­spec­tive intu­itive art-mak­ing to tap into love, gain new insights, and get in touch with our authen­tic expres­sion. Led by sex, empow­er­ment & rela­tion­ship coach Julia Berryman.

Cre­ative Man­i­fes­ta­tion Mon­days, held 6:00–7:45 pm PST, is part of Kin­dra Connect’s Vir­tu­al Gath­er­ings — a time to meet each oth­er, inter­act, grow, learn and play.

Cre­ative Man­i­fes­ta­tion Mon­days is led by Julia Berry­man (juliaberryman.com), an artist and sex, cre­ativ­i­ty and empow­er­ment coach. Her fun and dynam­ic work­shops with Kin­dra Con­nect blend art, dance, med­i­ta­tion, emo­tion­al expres­sion and more to help peo­ple cel­e­brate their unique strengths and show up more ful­ly expressed in their dat­ing and relationships.

We’ll gath­er in com­mu­ni­ty and con­nect deeply with group shar­ing & reflec­tion prompts. Then you’ll be led through an intro­spec­tive Intu­itive Art Mak­ing Experience. ⁣

Intu­itive Art Mak­ing can be such a beau­ti­ful way to tap into emo­tions, gain new insights, and process com­plex life expe­ri­ences. ⁣This expe­ri­ence is an oppor­tu­ni­ty to tune into your heart. ⁣

We will be exploring:⁣

💗 How does love want to express through you? ⁣
💗 What has your heart been try­ing to tell you? ⁣
💗 How can you con­nect to greater self love? ⁣
💗 How can self love sup­port you in your relationships?

This work­shop is also a space to free your­self from cre­ative shack­les, emo­tion­al blocks and get in touch with your authen­tic expression.⁣

All art lev­els wel­come! Bring pens, pen­cils, paints, mark­ers, water­col­ors — what­ev­er you have on hand!
