The event will start with an overview by the panelists, and then we will invite you to select a topic-driven breakout room to chat about next steps in prevention, intervention, and support.
*Cost*
We are asking for a sliding scale suggested donation of $5 — $15 to be split among the team. POC and survivors are invited to join the conversation for free.

Mohawk Greene, NY
Mohawk (they/them) organizes and oversees harm reduction, health & safety outreach in festival and nightlife settings, give lectures, collaborate with drug reform agencies such as Drug Policy Alliance, and, through their page MohawkTheEducator on social media, spread awareness on topics related to harm reduction and drug policy.
Rae Elkasabany, DC
Rae Elkasabany (she/her) is the Chapter Head of DC DanceSafe, a nonprofit promoting health and safety in the nightlife community through popular peer-based drug education. As an avid harm reductionist who specializes in drug policy reform, she is passionate about effectively educating people about drug safety, administering accessible harm reduction services, as well as racial and social justice reform. As a community organizer, she works closely with event promoters and activist organizations to provide safe spaces for dialogue about controversial topics such as drug use. Rae has spoken at numerous conferences and events that revolve around harm reduction, drug education, and social and racial justice.
Emma Kaywin, NY
Emma Kaywin (she/they) is a sexual health educator, writer, and activist based in Brooklyn, NY. She develops trauma-informed policies and procedures and delivers tailored trainings on topics of consent, trauma, and sexuality. Emma holds a MA in Health Education from Teachers College, Columbia University and a Certificate in Conflict Resolution from the Teachers College Morton Deutsch International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution. She is working towards an EdD in Health Education at Teachers College, where she is researching queer and gender-diverse nightlife patrons’ experiences of sexual misconduct and safety.
