The historic Armory offers event planners a unique range of distinctive and economical solutions to answer the question of “where?” Two primary spaces accommodate a variety of functions. The Drill Hall is approximately 169 feet by 87 feet. The second area is the third floor Ballroom, approximately 35 feet by 75 feet. Commercial parking is available within two blocks of the facility. Situated on 23rd Street, between Market and Chestnut, the Armory’s location is ideal, offering easy walking distances from rail and subway stations, including 30th Street Station.
Drill Hall floor:
The Drill Hall is 14,700 square feet of clear-span event space that has been the venue of conventions, art shows, antiques shows, weddings, and elaborate product marketing promotions.
Ballroom:
The Ballroom located on the third floor is 2,625 square feet of clear-span event space that has hosted conferences, banquets, dances, and receptions for royal visitors. An adjacent commercial grade kitchen is fully equipped for food preparation.
