The his­toric Armory offers event plan­ners a unique range of dis­tinc­tive and eco­nom­i­cal solu­tions to answer the ques­tion of “where?” Two pri­ma­ry spaces accom­mo­date a vari­ety of func­tions. The Drill Hall is approx­i­mate­ly 169 feet by 87 feet. The sec­ond area is the third floor Ball­room, approx­i­mate­ly 35 feet by 75 feet. Com­mer­cial park­ing is avail­able with­in two blocks of the facil­i­ty. Sit­u­at­ed on 23rd Street, between Mar­ket and Chest­nut, the Armory’s loca­tion is ide­al, offer­ing easy walk­ing dis­tances from rail and sub­way sta­tions, includ­ing 30th Street Station.

Drill Hall floor:
The Drill Hall is 14,700 square feet of clear-span event space that has been the venue of con­ven­tions, art shows, antiques shows, wed­dings, and elab­o­rate prod­uct mar­ket­ing promotions.

Ball­room:
The Ball­room locat­ed on the third floor is 2,625 square feet of clear-span event space that has host­ed con­fer­ences, ban­quets, dances, and recep­tions for roy­al vis­i­tors. An adja­cent com­mer­cial grade kitchen is ful­ly equipped for food preparation.
