Payment from our website host to cancel out our annual webspace bill of $149.04 due to a website hosting error over-sight related to our current webspace package. An alternative solution was also provided; and, we very much appreciated how smoothly this adjustment was made. Our 20 plus year relationship with our webhost also contributed to this decision. 🙂
